We welcome your questions, comments, concerns and inquiries. We do respond to order-related inquiries as quickly as possible. Response times may vary depending on email volume, but we are working to address your concerns with urgency. YES. We rent 4 feet oversize alphanumerical characters for any occasion. We also rent 2 feet square boxes for children events such as birthdays.

The number of charters varies primarily due to the combination of the type of product, the personalization technique, and the fonts available.

To provide you as much flexibility as possible, we set the highest maximum character limit possible, based on these factors, as well as our experience in what combination will work best.

IMPORTANT NOTEs:

– Spaces and punctuation count as one character each.

– We can not extend the maximum allowable charters. It will not work.

– Due to the speed that orders move into the production process, it is rare that we can change anything.

– However, if you immediately notice an issue on your order confirmation, contact us ASAP. We “may” be able to help depending on the issue and where the order is in the production process.

The ultimate answer is NO.
– Orders can’t be canceled because your item is personalized, and it cannot be restocked or resold.

– Once you have reviewed, approved, and placed your personalized order, it is immediately sent to our production facilities. The personalization process starts immediately, and orders often ship within 24 hours!

We offer our Customers several convenient payment options. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash. We also accept PayPal for your convenience. We do not accept COD. We are looking into additional payment options like Apple and Google Pay, but those are not yet available.
